Due to the uncertainty generated by the COVID-19 crisis and the associated limitations to meetings and travels, there is a substantial risk that this meeting will be affected and cannot be held as planned. We will thus send out the invoices with the information for payment at a later stage, depending on the evolution of regulations. That is, registration is open but we delay the payment procedure until further notice.

The following registration fees apply:

Due to their limited availability, the requested single rooms will be assigned to non-students on a first-come-first-serve basis once the registration opens after the abstract acceptance notification. You will receive the instructions for registration together with the abstract acceptance notification.

Registration for workshop participants covers the following:

• Scientific program
• Accommodation from Sunday, Sept. 20th (check-in) to Friday, Sept. 25th (check-out)
  
• Full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
  
• Coffee breaks
• Conference banquet

Registration for accompanying persons covers the following:

• Accommodation from Sunday, Sept. 20th (check-in) to Friday, Sept. 25th (check-out)
